★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guinness chocolate cake is soooo ordinary. No chocolate taste, no guinness taste. The #3 drink on ur menu is weird too. Coffee jelly and green tea doesn't go well together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for bubble tea! I loved their earl Grey bubble tea. It was quite rich and there was a great balance of milk and tea. There’s also quite a lot of sitting and it has more of a cafe vibe.

Will definitely patronise this outlet again. It’s tuck nicely in a corner. Not too crowded as well
