Asked and enquired a few times for the items but acted like he did not hear me even though he was right in front of my face. I believe that was the owner’s son. Right before that he was entertaining other female customers. He was then super friendly. Picked my own items and when he did not want to get the product that I needed (needed him to retrieve from the store) and was going to pay for, I went to his competitor instead. Went to the store opposite kong bee I believe it was call Poh siang, very friendly customer service gotten there instead. Never ever coming back here ??
