★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sublime Asari clam-shoyu blend broth that is not too salty and more for local flavour preferences. I personally prefer it to be more intense. The ginger and light lemon infusion brings a liveliness to the savouriness. Totally for foodies who can appreciate subtle flavours. The Iberico chashu lives up to its name, being more tender than the average slice of chashu. Side addition of pork belly and half a Tamago ajitsuke (flavoured soft-boiled egg) adds decadence to the bowl.
Gyoza and chicken karaage are lovely additions to the lunch we had.
Service was efficient with electronic point of sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average ramen place. The soup of the Iberico Shoyu Ramen is not that tasty and the ramen doesnt have a good texture. I dont know why this place has a michelin star. I also tried the Crab Ramen but the soup is fishy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The signature crab broth ramen is delightfully tasty and comforting to the last drop. Noodle is al dente and springy. Lovely place to have your food fast on the go. Attentive and courteous staff. Orders are placed through the pad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located opposite Din Tai Fung, this is the latest brunch of Hototogisu, uniquely called Ha-Oh Hototogisu.
The claim to fame winner of a ramen unfortunately is not sold here but 2 rather impressive ramen are. These are the Iberico Shoyo ramen & Crab Ramen.
The Cha Shu in the Iberico bowl is very different from other ChaShu in other dishes here. And it is delicious. For me the crab Ramen is one of the most unique bowl of ramen that I've had. Fragrance of the blue crab combined well with the noodles. Do try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their speacial crab soup chasu ramen (SGD15+). Rich crab flavour (was looking for crab meat but couldn't find), soup consistency not too thick. Abit of coconut milk and 2 slice of lemon helps to tone down the seafood smell. Ramen cooked al dante. Just nice for a light meal. Couldn't give full 5 as haven't tried their other dishes.

Ordered quattro ramen, gyoza and Gyoza rice set.
I'm sorry but its not good enough.
Drink ice lemon tea powder also not good enough. Well tried it once, good to know. Still i appreciate the existence of the restaurant.
