β β β β β Tried this one michellin star ramen at paragon and their signature iberico shoyu ramen. At the first bite, you would actually taste and smell the unique mix of shoyu, lemon and fried shallots. I really liked the ramen, it feels light and refreshing. The only thing is that towards the end of it, it becomes a lot more salty. The set comes with a drink and a side dish. I picked the gyoza. Gyoza itself is also really nice and it taste a bit sweet.

β β β β β Ordered the Tongkastsu Ramen upgraded to a set. A zombie waitress brings my drink and later the fried chicken. However she is oblivious to the fact that diners need chopsticks so I signal to another waiter for help; but alas the zombie virus has spread and I had to explain that I needed utensils .. Anyway the prize for the afternoon goes to the weird hair I pulled out from a piece of fried chicken .. gross ?
Update: The manager was quick to service recover and gave me a small goodwill discount when I told him about the hair in the chicken.

β β β β β Iberico shoyu ramen with Asari clam broth is light and fresh, especially with lemonz. Crab King ramen is more popular with thicker taste, though still lighter than other places. Fried chicken is surprisingly good. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Quick and simple dinner on a crowded Sat evening. It was the first week end after relaxation of dining out limitations. We wanted try their buttered clams but it was not available. We just had one shoyu ramen and one tonkatsu ramen with some gyozas.

β β β β β Very nice and flavorful broth with a decent mix of chashu slices, dumplings, meatballs and crunchy garnishing. This Quattro Meat Ramen is like a taster so the individual pieces might be small for you. Didnβt have a chance to customize my noodles but the texture was spot on for me. I like my noodles slightly harder. Service was fast. Overall quite shiok.

β β β β β Not sure who are the chiefs ranking it as one M-star. The sides dishes are good, until the main so-called signature crab ramen. The noodle is meh, the soup is on the salty side, and you kind of taste the crab but not really. No offence but just not my taste.

β β β β β I love the taste of the crab king ramen, itβs creamy delicious, portion is big enough for me but for some reason I feel like not enough that I have finished to the bottom of the soup?
Highly recommended and will definitely come back to have it again !
