★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 2 bowls of no. 5 i.e just yong tau fu without noodles for takeaways! We were surprised to see only 5 miserable pieces in each bowl instead 8 pieces previously!!! Quantity reduced???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad, bad experience not because of the food (it's a franchise anyway so the food tastes similar regardless of outlets). The old man (presumably the owner?) was very rude in asking for our orders. We simply said to him, "No. 3 please" in which he replied (in mandarin), "Already said so loudly no. 3 have sold out to the previous customer you did not hear?" Wow come on it's not that we hear everyone talking when engaging in our own conversation. Worse, it continues. So we said, "Oh, no. 2 then." *pauses not more than 3 seconds when the cook is still preparing the previous order* "and change to white noodles" and he replied, "Why didn't you say earlier?" Wow. Never again patronising this store here at Bedok Reservoir. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanna feedback on today's issue (18/4/21). I went for Koo Kee Yong Tau Foo @ Kim San Leng food centre, ta bao 2 dry noodle with soup, cashier keyed in $4.70 only when I handled him a $10.00 note, expecting there would be some changes or I may need to top up. To my surprise, he say 2 packets "just nice" for $10.00. I wonder if there is a need in paying additional ta bao material for 2 ($0.60) since no indication. And why he just key 1pax @ $4.70, since he take $10.00 from me. it mean each bowl should be $5.00 (including packing material) instead?!? Moral of my story, keep an eye on your staff.. he might be pickpocket the "extra cash".
