Dr Eileen and Liew are very friendly and patience when explaining your health condition. The receptionists aren’t the friendliest you could find. The queue early in the morning could get pretty long.

Saw locum doctor Dr Lee for covid. He was patient and caring, and carefully explained all the instructions I needed. The nurse at the counter was kind and understanding to my illness.

I recently had a very bad experience & won't be going there again. Just posting this as a WARNING for others so that they don't go through the same horror. This is in public interest. I sometimes get food allergy (cause still to be determined) when I eat out. Sometimes its mild & becomes alright after I take a prescription anti-histamine. Other times its a bit serious. My regular GP has told me that IF my BP starts to drop during an allergy response, I need to rush to the nearest clinic to get a jab. This is what happened on 15th May 2022!! It was a Sunday evening & this was the ONLY clinic open in the neighborhood. My regular GP is off on Sunday afternoons! My pulse was shooting up & BP dropping. The prescription drug didn't help. So, we rushed here for a jab. The receptionist at the clinic is such a RUDE & HARSH person, she didn't even wait for us to explain our situation. We were 'welcomed' with a 1 hr wait time update! I tried explaining to her that this is an emergency & showed her the hives in my hands (it was in the whole body!) & all I need is a jab(2 mins) & my BP was dropping. Her response was "we have other patients with skin conditions!!". Seriously??!! You can't tell the difference between an food allergy response that can potentially be fatal & a skin rash?? You are probably fit for other things in life. NOT to be a nurse/receptionist at a clinic. You are literally putting people's life at risk!! Her callous response was, if its an emergency go to A&E. I know that!! you just happen to be the nearest option that's why we came to you!! Duh!! Of course I'm still around here to tell the tale of horror. We luckily got a cab & another clinic at Hougang saved the day/life. They were more understanding of the situation. BUT imagine if there were no taxis that day!! The cab driver uncle had more empathy & reached us in time. In summary, go there only if its a condition that doesn't require emergency response. Avoid at all costs if its an emergency. They would rather recite rules than try & understand your situation or let you see the doctor. The hippocratic oath won't save you as the gates to the doctor are 'guarded' by obstinate nurses/receptionists that have more respect for rules than lives. I hope this helps others. Good day.

Dr Eileen and Dr Liew are both wonderful doctors. Esp Dr Eileen. She is very attentive, very caring and exercise alot of empathy. She is very patient to hear you and very detail to explain to you. She is also very gentle. Whenever I am so worried about my kids condition, after speaking to her, I feel lighter. Both Dr Eileen and Dr Liew are the best family doctors I ever encounter. Although I no longer a resident there for 5 years already but I will never forget how they have been looking after my family esp my kids. Thankful. Give thanks to the Lord for them.

I saw Dr Liew when I had covid. He is professional and patient. The clinic seems to be quite fast and efficient the two times I came. Didn't have to wait for long to see the doctor, though payment took a relatively longer time. The only issue is that on the second time when I visited to get a recovery memo for travel, I still had to pay for the consultation fee. This was rather silly, because I basically went to the doctor and said "I feel perfectly fine", and left the room after 30 secs. My other family members went to different clinics for their recovery memos and were not charged a cent.

We been here for this clinic a couples times. Usually during weekend night and encounter this Counter indian girl staff very good in speaking mandarin. Always showing so much of love and care towards the patients. Infact the doctor was very patience. More than five star for this kind of services.

Dr Eileen is the best doctor I came across, attentive, explain clearly what could be the possible sickness and give you the solutions. Only thing their queue always very long, and queue number runs out quickly. While the receptionist is not the superb quality, we are going there to see doctor not the receptionist.

Doctor Eileen Tan is the kinda of doctor we all need. I went there with a very bad food poisoning when I was pregnant and she treated me with care and empathy. I was ok after I took the safe drugs she prescribed for pregnant ladies. My baby also sees her and her diagnosis is accurate. She is caring and shows concern even for my baby. I’m so sad I have moved and can’t go to her anymore. She would make a very good family doctor! I have tried the other locum doctors before, they are ok but Doctor Eileen still the best!
