โ โ โ โ โ I loved to go to the Kopitiam in Hougang 1 located next to my block.
Usually when I in a rush for morning activities, will settle my breakfast here with set A (2 half boiled eggs, kaya butter toast & kopi/teh).
The Korean Cuisine here always popular with queue during peak period.
New Ma-La stall business was good, mixed rice stall & fish soup stall has their healthier choice loyal customers too...
Other sustainable stalls for few years are Soup Master (่็ซๆฑค), Japanese stall & ้ซ่ฎฐ้

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered and paid extra for their Oyster Kway Tiao takeaway from the Western Store / Ali Wok todat. Realised they gave ordinary kwaytiao without a single oyster. What a scammer.

โ โ โ โ โ The fish soup stall is horrible. Charging me $7 for fish porridge (้ฑผ็ฒฅ) when I ask to separate the soup n rice for tabao purpose. Worse, the lady said $7 doesn't include rice. If I order fish soup with rice.. its at most $5.50. Where did this $7 came from. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. Not the first time. It's always this lady that charges exorbitant price that is not stated on board. I'm fine if you want to charge me for the takeaway small plastic bag for the rice, but it doesn't cost another $1.50 for it.

โ โ โ โ โ Only food court available in Hougang 1, a neighborhood shopping mall.
Kopitiam like all other outlets have a card based system. If you top up cash to the card and spend it, you get 10% on all food items in all the food stalls inside Kopitiam.
There are 2 kiosks which are quite prominent at the entrance, to top up cash to your card. Card payments have a convenience fee of 10cents.
To get a new card, you can apply it through the Drinks stall in the middle, though I'm not sure if that is still the case now. No harm asking.
There are many food stalls in here, with many varieties.
Like the average person, with too many food options, you tend to be spoilt with choice as well.
Choose wisely, regret your decision, then never make the same mistake again.

โ โ โ โ โ Fair variety of food offered. Most stall staff are nice and friendly. The cleaners are also attentive. It can be crowded at peak hours. Must plan timing. Overall the service and satisfaction rate for me is ok.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst KL Hokkien Mee(Dai Lok Mee) I ever tried in my life. To the stall owner, I doubt u know nothing about KL Hokkien Mee. Look at the pic, what kind of noodle are u using? Vege put ๅฐ็ฝ่, are u joking? Look at the gravy color urself. Overall taste very bad. Pls dun disgrace M'sia food.
