โ โ โ โ โ RUDE and ARROGANT guy tending to shop chased us away because we have a stroller (it's small foldable kind). He said we are taking SO MUCH space when there was no other customer at all!! We were the only ones there! Should use his brains and eyes before he speak! Discrimination! Will go to SHINE KOREA in future, never had this problem before even though their shop sizes are similar.. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

โ โ โ โ โ Visited the store like 5mins ago, the counter staff at the front very rude!!!!! I was waiting in line with my item and it was a packet of kimchi. It was cold and i was carrying many things on my hand. He kept *shooing me away by waving his hand to ask me to get back and wait in line. The best part was i was in line more than 2 arms length away from the customer infront and there was no one behind me even. I asked him if i could place the item on the counter cause i was hard to carry and step back. He just kept shaking his head side to side and refused to let me do a simple thing like that. What kind of horrible attitude of this Chinese Man counter staff. Very disappointed with his behaviour. I shop here alot and today i experienced a horrible service from this staff. VERY RUDE!!

โ โ โ โ โ The old guy who attended the shop was extremely rude. If you need Korean stuff, please just go to chorok Market in 313. The staffs are much nicer and very helpful

โ โ โ โ โ Love their variety of snacks! The korean uncle at the counter was very friendly too. He helped us carry heavy groceries to our grab :) Will shop here again next time.

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude shopkeeper - asked for help, and decided to insult me instead. i've been here before last year and he was also unfriendly at the counter. all i asked is if they had something i needed for a recipe, and he refused to help and said "no such thing, no such thing!". i asked politely and gently. not sure what his problem is but i will definitely email the franchise.
