★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tay who was on duty at midday on Sunday 14/02 was blur. Said that they didn't stock a product then found it in the store after I insisted. Was unable to test the item for me in store. Really poor service that doesn't help the Huawei brand. Store looked more like a store room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my phone for diagnosis. Agent says they will call within 2-4hrs. 6hrs passed I have not receive any call. Worst, their Phone number for repair inquiry, no one answers.
Good thing i went home rather than loiter around. will wait for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferd from sales team is awesome. I had my p50 pocket replaced at CS side but had help from Ferd with my phone cloning all the way till store closing. It's sad that the pocket is not performing as well as the mate series though. Hope to see more launches as good as mate 20 pro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service rep glanced at my phone for 2 seconds and quoted $3XX (excluding diagnostics and testing fee) to replace a power button because "it comes with the screen". Asked about the bulging battery which pushed open the back case and she said it's also included in the $3XX. Sounds like pricing is not based on any technical diagnostic but rather a one anyhow whack price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience with the staff at this service centre especially Ferdinald who was so patient and friendly. He helped me with an issue with an app on the phone. He did it so willingly and did not make me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. The staff at this branch is really wonderful.

I had a problem with my huawei band 6 watch it keeps rebooting and disconnecting my phone for a month. In 30mins I received an SMS saying that my watch is ready for collection. They say that the watch can't be fixed but the best part about it is they give me new watch and a complimentary premium umbrella as a gift and I didn’t have to pay anything. Thanks a lot to the staff she is so nice so friendly & approachable forgot to ask her name.
