Very helpful staffs, love the new ticketing system for fitting room. Can find all the new collections here unlike other stores.

During checkout, the counter staff took my item to look for a new piece and never returned. The other staff proceeded to serve other customers behind me and said that my counter was closed despite me clearly standing there. They ignored me and assumed that I wasn't purchasing anything despite having 2 staff members interacting with me when I first reached the counter. It was extremely unprofessional and ignorant on their part. I ended up not purchasing the item due to the poor service. Will not recommend.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Love Bonito and I love how their clothing is classy, of good quality and I even received several compliments after wearing their items. Also love how Rachel, the co-founder have made a positive impact in the lives of many through her IG reflections and sharings. Keep up the good work!

I visited their Vivo City store hoping to find clothes to wear for a trip and saw that some tops even have stain in them on the neckline. So anyway, I placed my order on 4 Jul 2022, hoping it will arrive on 9 Jul 2022 as they said they need 3-5 days. I was going to use it for a business trip. And it did not arrive so I emailed them. They told me its with Urbanfox and they do not have a tracking number yet. So I went on a business trip for 4 days (11 Jul - 14 Jul) and came back only to receive an email that they attempted to deliver it but failed. So attempted on 14 Jul only?? After how many days? Please. The service is not acceptable. To think that delivery is done locally. I like their clothes but bec of this kind of service, i'd rather buy from somewhere else.

Awful experience for a pregnant lady. I popped in to the store for the first time today (weekday), to see if I could quickly try on some maternity clothes from their Embrace line. Found what I needed in 2min and tried to get fitted. To my shock, there there was a queue with 20+ people ahead and it took more than 30mins for me to get fitted. Worse still, no seating options for waiting customers (whose queue numbers keep getting pushed back by members with loyalty privilege who can jump the queue) despite ample space for potential seats. I had to stand for more than 30 minutes, with no where to hang the clothes (with their heavy hangers) pending the fitting. So many other ladies like me milling about looking bored with clothes draped over their forearms. I even saw a lady squatting by the window sill at the back, who left her hangers on the floor. I can't imagine the situation on the weekend. Queue-wise, I saw 4 ladies exit the fitting rooms, but it took 3 whole minutes before the next number was called. The retail team appears short-staffed. When I got in to the fitting area, I saw girls hanging about taking selfies and asking for size changes. Explains alot about the waiting time. I would have really appreciated, minimally, having a clothing rack to hang the items while I waited, even if there was no seating option. Seating would have been ideal, especially since the store has a maternity line and pregnant clientele. It is my first time visiting LB, having seen it around on the internet for a decade (since Bonitochico). I finally decided to take the plunge today to shop here but was left wholly disappointed. So much for an established brand in SG with a new outlet too! I didn't miss out much by not shopping here before. Quality-wise, clothes are ok but the shopping experience leaves much wanting. I bought the apparel I needed in the end, but I have little reason, if any, to return. I think this store caters to the teenage and young crowd who have the stamina and who can afford to spend time queuing, as well as their existing Gold members whom they value (and indulge). New customers and those time pressed with professional lives and kids, just don't stand a chance with the store.

Bought a piece of clothing but queued for 20min to make purchase because there were only 2 cashiers and more than 15 people in the queue. It was a Friday peak hour (6-7pm). Given that this outlet is in town area, shouldn’t there be more staff deployed? Staff at other outlets are more efficient!

Visited the store yesterday. Don’t bother entering if you aren’t a gold member. Never came across such an arrogant boutique and staff. While I was trying on the clothes, I asked for another size. “Are you a gold member?” the staff simply greeted me with this. She sounded annoyed, impatient and unapologetic. She said only gold member are allowed to request for another size while trying on the clothes. I wonder how class is this place? Is this a luxury store? How “gold” should the gold member be? Extremely bad attitude from staff managing the fitting room. Disorganised queue system. No social distancing. No staff managing the queue or assisting customers. Given wrong information on stock availability, until assisted by cashier. New customers who aren’t aware of the queue number system queued in vain for over 20mins. I was lucky I saw that earlier. The lady in front of me didn’t get a queue number but queued for a long time. I approached the staff to see if they could assist her. She simply said the lady has to get a queue number. No flexibility and unhelpful. Lady just left the store and they ignored. I would have given 1 star if not for cashier Rachel who was friendly, professional and extremely helpful and thoughtful. Abruptly stopped the referral system online. Unethical, dishonest and insincere business. Rachel saved the day and the rest should go reflect. Will not visit the store again.
