★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered on 23 Jan, delivery arranged on 24th Jan between 6pm to 10pm. I thought this is fast and i was very pleased to know that.
Now almost 10.40pm in the night, i do not even see the item deliver?? The seller even mix up my delivery schedule with others! Frankly speaking, i won't patronize again. Over Promise and under deliver, and $10 delivery fee is not cheap either and seller did apologise, waste your customer's time to wait and now almost 11pm. Because of this, i also cannot go rest have to wait till item received then can rest.
Update: received at 11.03pm
Seller suddenly refunded me and voice out her frustration ?
To what the seller mention in the chat...
Seems like i cannot even rant or argue since im not at fault. ?
Imagine you are at home waiting for your delivery the whole night, cannot go rest also then you are frustrated. You cannot voice out your frustration nor argue with the seller on the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient service. Ordered at 9plus in the morning for same day delivery between 11am - 2pm. Have received the order. Amazed that I don't even need to provide screenshot of payment made. The nutella tarts, crispy pops are always my repeat orders. ??
