Those that plan to work here best of luck. Be prepare to work like a dog with a workload of a fulltimer but only getting less pay than a average part timer student. Dont bother being loyal or even waste your time to this company where people here are toxic, and management is rubbish where they dont even care or being bother manage their employees sometime. Some of the part timer or even full timer are sleeping and playing phone at work but others are handed with tons of workload while still getting less salary. Working here has proven that this place has a social and environmental hierarchy. If you dont fit in with others be prepared to be ostracize and be force to work alone. On the contrary, there's still some employee that still care for your wellbeing but only a extend. People will show kindness and generosity like treating you snack or bubble tea which happens seldomly, and with bad intentions/motive behind which was never a good sign. Either you are force to cover for someone whose sick or skipping work by sacrifice your own workload and sanity. In addition, when someone is skipping work very often which they will be awarded with bonuses compared to those who worked hard and work regularly. Corruption and bribery happens in return for favor, either in forms of food, money and etc. If you manage to complete work early and decide to be helpful to assist your colleagues with their work, i highly suggest D.O.N.T.
