โ โ โ โ โ Dry pot or Ganguo (ๅนฒ้
) is a traditional dish in Sichuan Cuisine, but it taste very different from the at-present very popular Mala Xiangguo. A list of ingredients can be added on top of the combination set, which is already very filling. The Bo Bo Chicken (Bo Bo Ji ้ต้ต้ธก) which are skewers dipped in mala soup is worth trying too!

โ โ โ โ โ Really nice Chinese food. Authentic and good place to chill. Apparently it's quite big.
Always have the dry pot which is a crazy huge portion.
We also have the tomato egg grill fish which was amazing, didn't know this combination can be this good tbh.
Already been here twice!

โ โ โ โ โ 2 stars cause mantou and long bean are nice! However, the green peppercorn doesnโt taste that good. The sauce tasted salty, fish so-so. And for the free 8 toppings that come with it, pls donโt expect too much, portion is really small. Total damage $64 plus for 1 fish + 1 drink.

โ โ โ โ โ We decided to try out a diff restaurant on Liang Seah St instead of our fave Xiang Xiang (Hunan cuisine). Kuan Kuan food is pretty tasty featuring cuisine from ChongQing and Chengdu. This restaurant also specializes on dry hotpot but for this round we tried on the site fry bamboo shoot and some other iconic dishes from ChongQing and Chengdu such as the spicy chicken dish called ่พฃๅญ้ธก (la zi ji). You can also choose the level of chilli spiciness as well as pepper numbness level. Decided to go back soon with a bigger group of friends to dry other dishes.

($33) was pretty enjoyable we had roast pork + prawn combination. The pork was crisp to the skin and tender at the meat. The cold beef dish was bad though, super dry almost like jerky and wasnโt even cold when served. Average of $25 per pax without drinks. Wouldnโt mind coming back again if I had a craving!

Some of the side dish is not properly heat up (eg: luncheon meat ) and is really salty. I guess its best to ate instant noodles in it
