The people here are snake oil peddlers. They will say all their gowns are the latest, photographers and makeup artist are best but the moment you pay, that's their true colours show. they will try to sell you more items and renegade on what they said before. Be extra careful when dealing with them.

Cecillia is very friendly as the bridal advisor and gives a lot heart into our costume choices. We were not happy with the accessories that came with the costumes on the first fitting and she went to find better ones for the final and actual day of the fitting. Very motherly and caring. The MUA Lin was an expert at her trade. During the trial she did a simple make up trial that wasn't too impressive. But during the actually day, the make up for so beautiful. My wife looked natural and not over doned but still gleaming. Photographer and videographer were fantastic. They worked with a smile eventhough it was 10 hours straight and a lot of walking. Very professional and friendly. Overall good experience. Oh and below the bridal shop is their dessert stall. You can see the owner around there. She is really friendly. We bumped into them during a roadshow and they we so flexible with their package that we decide to go with them.

Engaged bridal concept for my wedding on 24 Oct 2020. The coordinator assigned to us is Sharon and she is extremely patient and accommodating to us. My wife tried more than 20 gowns and she will more than willing to help us to test try all the gowns b4 making our decision. She never fail to answer our queries whenever we are in doubt. A very patient lady. Will totally recommend Sharon from Bridal Concept to any couple who is looking for pre-wedding shoot and gown rental.

If can, I will put 0 star. Sign the package at your own risk. Do not make huge deposit, instalment or any payment if you have not tried any gown from this bridal studio. These folks here are very unethical, unprofessional and irresponsible. Once payment is made, you will have to go through hell of torture from them. Our experience with bridal concept is like going through a kitchen nightmare episode with the bridals. Their gowns are outdated and all they good at is just sales talking. If you try on their gowns, you will be able to feel that the gowns paddings are all out of shape. Their gowns are dirty as there are red stains. Coordinator did not filter the gowns accordingly, obviously some design does not even fit me. It is a total waste of time fitting on a design that does not even suit me. This is very unprofessional. They engage freelance photographer and videographer randomly in the market. The portfolio they show to you might not be the one that will come for your actual day. We felt that we were being deceive by them and lost trust in them. They do not a proper operating system. We were assigned to another coordinator randomly. The coordinator was not prompt in responding to our queries she only works on certain day of the week (perhaps 4 days a week). Basically, if the coordinator is not physically in store, he/she will not be able to help you even if you have certain queries to clarify. The staff there are very unethical. They claimed that we have communication issue due to language barrier. However, we saw them servicing other races in their studio. Eventually, we could not endure their bad services and decided to pull out. Basically, all our money was forfeited without any refund. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience with bridal concept. I would not recommend anyone to engage them. To new brides, please always do your research before engaging a bridal service. Remember to always try on the gowns and not get pressured to sign on the spot. If they do not let you try, don’t need to sign from them. You do not need to pay any money to try on gowns. It is like trying a shirt in a retail store before you pay. Always give yourself some ample time/ days to think through before getting back to them. *** To top up from the response of this bridal, we are just voicing our opinion for other couple to be aware. *** I'm surprise that this is not their usual standard. Perhaps there are other couple who have face worst off situation than us, count overselves bless after all the "professional services" recevied from their company. Their management is fully aware of the situation but did nothing to resolve it. They will not do anything apart from avoiding.

I saw this bridal shop on Facebook and saw that they have many 5 star reviews so I decided to try a photoshoot session for my family. Luckily I chose this place because they are very nice to me and my family as they made sure that we were comfortable in our costumes and that the air-conditioning temperature is perfect for us. After the photoshoot session, we viewed the photos and all of them turned out amazing! I could really tell that the photographer is very experienced as they shot at the correct angles, lightings and directed our poses well

Dont deserve even 1star! Personal experience that I even have to lodge a complain to Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE) on assisting to get back all soft copy films (to no avail) which they did not mention during the package enquiry stage. I am asked to pay $45 per pc photo or pay $1000/$2000/$3000 package when I realised during viewing the photoshoot and asked for all the soft copy films, they mentioned anything outside 30 pcs of photos and soft copy films for obtaining to pay. They did not inform me in the first place and they even mentioned that it is against the law or governing regulations in the eyes of the authority if all soft copy films are given back to me.To share with everyone that you will be asked to pay and pay for more and more of their sales strategy. The photography does not have professional skills which the quality fails. The indoor outdoor effect is not good, the photographer was rude and time rushing. The outdoor shoot locations are not great in choices selection, the locations me and my wife wants are not desirable which they mentioned locations not available due to Covid-19. The make up artist was rough when grooming my wife's hairdo and the one who edit me and my wife's wedding photos was really lousy, the photos look very fake and they can even say they don't know how to edit the films. The background colour was not able to ps or edit to our basic expectation!

Signed up their package because it was highly recommended by our friend and the photos they showed us looked really modern and nice, they emphasized on “korean” trendy style. However, when we went down to their studio to pick the gown, there were limited gown. Tried on almost 20-30 gowns but at least 3/4 looked old fashioned. Almost had nothing like pinterest gown ideas. For the guys, it was horrible. There were only 2-3 choices available for his size, note: he was 170 and 75kg. How difficult can it be? And he had to choose because m the only available were purple maroon, navy blue (which was too tight but we still chose it because there’s not other available ones) and grey one. We were utterly disappointed, confused and sad because we’ve already paid the deposit and we chose them already. They allowed us to look at the available gowns but you will never know if it fits until you try on. It was a big ticket item but it was such a bad experience. Then came our prewedding shoot and it turned out almost perfect. Everything was good during the 8 hours shoot and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The photos taken were ?!! Totally satisfied. Our package includes 38 photos but there were over 200-300 photos, it was painful to be able to choose only 38. Hence we topped up $700 for the extra 32 soft copies. Then came the Actual Day where we had 8 hours photographer, hence we went to Gardens by the Bay for a short photoshoot as our wedding was just a short and simple one. Three months passed and they called to inform us to collect the actual day photos. The photos turned out to be horrendous. All the lighting made our venue looked like some industrial space when it was supposed to be warm lighting where it will be cosy and comfortable. Best part was the photographer managed to captured all the ugly expressions and people. I am definitely not afraid to say that even our Iphones did a better job than them. Even our guest took better photos than him. We talked to them and the boss said that she felt that different people may have different perceptions of good photography. They were really nice to edit the photos lighting and all again. But when the angles are bad, it is bad. There’s nothing much that can be changed. They offered to return us all our prewedding photos as it was well taken. Through it all, they provided the best customer service. But it is the quality of gowns, photographers that made it the worst experience and I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this. Pls request to see ur photographers portfolio before confirming and also to try on the gowns if possible. I regretted for my once in a lifetime choice because I trusted in my friend’s recommendation (whom she had introduced to a few others too but apparently im the only suay one), I hope you would meet a good one. All the best. Looking back at all my photos even 2 years later, we can't stop exclaiming how ridiculous they look and it's the biggest regret I have in my whole lifetime because it's impossible to capture the actual day moment anymore. Such an amazing and personalized experience! Dina and Nada took their time explaining everything and really pay attention to detail. Found my dream here and I cannot wait to see the final results! Will definitely be recommending for all my friends and family!
