Food is alright. Kitchen staff slightly unfriendly. The part that bothers me most though is when after inplaced my orders, I saw they exclusively use disposables, even for dine-in. 1. With the climate crisis, it is disappointing to see businesses not taking the planet's survival battle seriously. 2. These things presumably cost more, and I can only imagine the additional costs are passed on to the customers. 3. Hot ramen in disposable plastic bowls - I'm not a fan of making my children ingest micro-plastics.

The counter staff has a really bad attitude when you ask about the menu. The food also takes a really long time to prepare eventhough they are mostly just microwaved. The bentos often come with items missing and only when you approach them THEN do they realise their mistake. Totally stopped buying anything from them after they changed the gyoza to some bloody cheap nugget with horrible taste. The proportions for the new beef curry udon is miniscule. What a total ripoff. Id rather spend my money elsewhere!!

The takeaway sushi is unexpectedly delicious. Just avoid choosing Maguro who turned black after being out of fridge for too long

Come often to check out good buys at 40% off retail price moving to less than 3 months expiry date. Sake and mirin available too. Update : I don’t like what I saw please make sure workplace bullying is not displayed in public preview.

Ramen was kind of disappointing in the way it was served. Disposable bowl. But it was still tasty. However, can’t compare to the other established ramen places. Felt more like a canteen. Prices are not exactly the cheapest either.

Unfriendly staff in the kitchen. :/ Place your order at the counter and look out for your order number on the display board to collect your food items. There is a hot water dispenser located near the kitchen entrance for your green tea or, in the case of my friend, she added hot water to her "salty" soup broth. In this visit, we ordered a bowl of spicy ramen, a plate of 5 chicken karaage and a green tea. All in for $16. Rather on the pricey side I have to say. The order preparation took a while and I was greeted with unfriendliness when I collected my order and requested for an empty bowl. The person who attended to me appeared frustrated. The ramen was "so-so" and the soup broth a tad too salty.. there was hardly any spiciness in the broth. The chicken karaage was tasty though, with the accompaniment of some mayo. Overall, the seating environment was not conducive.... there were loud sounds drumming in every other corner/table we attempted to sit at. It was noisy!! Not to mention, disturbing..... Unlikely to visit again.

Love to drop by for dinner. Serve good & fresh Sushi ?. But when comes to Udon is not quite value for money. The curry Udon is just Udon soup and some Japanese curry sauce added. I go cheap on the green tea though because it refillable.
