β β β β β came in the outlet at 8:30pm on a monday night (9/5/2022), understand that there will be limited selections of food at that time due to the last order timing coming soon, however, the manager on duty that day (a plump lady around her 40sβ) was very rude. i understand that the place is cheap and the service is not like the other expensive restaurant, but the least she could do was provide proper service, the whole world does not owe her a living.

β β β β β A good outlet for sushi express. Went there before peak dinner time and it was good. When it's busy the waiters might not be as easy to get the attention of. The food quality is also good. Recently they changed the salmon sashimi. It used to be 3 slices for 1.50, now it's 2 slices for 2.00. but I do think the new slices are bigger and the sashimi does taste nicer. Overall still worth.

β β β β β For a no-fuss quick sushi dining experience, Sushi Express is perfect. Thou, notable change is the serving size of salmon sashimi. Used to be 3 beautiful slices per serving but has now decreased to 2 slices. Overall, still worth it.

β β β β β I have always frequented the sushi express at Northpoint City but the service and cleanliness of the utensils on the first day of Chinese New Year were exceptionally bad. As can be seen from the photo, I had a change of cup 3 times and they were all dirty. Plus the tea bag was moist like there was moisture seeping through. Does the place expect people to drink from these kinds of cups with tea bags that look like that? I'm very disappointed. Also when we were halfway through our meal, the manager named May hurried us through and said that we have exceeded our time limit. Not only was the cleanliness bad, the attitude of the manager did not help either. The only consolation was the cashier Razel (I'm not sure if her name is spelt this way). She was very apologetic when I gave my feedback about my experience and she was not defensive at all. She humbly apologized and gave me a small discount for the 25 plates that me and my daughter had together. She should be commended for her good customer service.

β β β β β During the two times I've been there, I've been pleasantly surprised with the food quality. Typically, the salmon sashimi at Sushi Express would always come in ridiculously small portions with a fishy smell/taste.
At this outlet, the salmon sashimi was nicely sliced in generous portions, especially during lunch hours, which made it justifiable for the increase in price.
The only complaint I have, however, would just be that the salmon had a fishy smell/taste today, which caused me to have a mild stomachache.
Other than that, this outlet is one of the better ones I've been to. Food here has a higher standard of quality than other places, and the service staff is fairly nice as well.
I wish that this outlet would continue to maintain its standard as I would definitely return if I'd like to dine at Sushi Express.

β β β β β Reasonable varieties of sushi. Sometimes, some dishes are not on the conveyor, then suddenly the dishes appeared with large quantities.
Not consistent with the varieties present.

Went back for Sushi dinner again after my booster shot.
This time more variety and consistency.
Two of the dishes came out but was not when I first visited.

N I realized the varieties of food here is much more if compare others outlet.
Affordable price with a simple type of sushi.
Kids like their abalone cheese sushi & cream puff.
If dunno what to eat for ur lunch/dinner , this restaurant might be a good place for u.
