I was walking pass De Arte today and decided to do some hair colouring. Eilnie guided me on my colours and what will be suited for me. I went with her advice and my colour came out nicely. Thank you for your time.

Did my hair coloring + hair & scalp treatment. Was served by pretty Peggy and stylist Bosco. Peggy was very attentive towards my hair needs, she does my hair & scalp treatment. Bosco was the one who did the coloring and trim my hair. The service they provide is top notch. Highly recommended. Good job guys!

All the hairstylists here are very friendly and sincere in providing the best service to customers. They are very professional and knowledgeable in their expertise, with a personal touch that makes me feel very comfortable whenever i visit the salon. Overall nice experience. Staff are very friendly, both my husband and myself regularly visited here for more than 2 years. The only downside is our favorite stylists were changed during pandemic, luckily the replaced one did equivalent job, however we have to share one stylist since then, because others we tried did not meet our expectations.

This branch has a delightful ambience. Seat is comfortable & distance between seats is spacious. The staff is very lively & attentive. Kudos to Hairstylist Esther who is meticulous & skillful when providing haircut service. Been their loyal customer for 3 years & still counting. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed the service here at De Arte Northpoint outlet. I still remembered the first time I was here, the excellent service and friendly approachable staff just made the whole experience so enjoyable that I had to sign up for the package. I knew for sure I can trust them with the things they do to my hair(: I especially love that on top of hair treatment etc, the staff were pretty good with massage. The head and shoulder massage were comfortable that made me so relaxed after the service. The whole process from the chair to the washing area, the staff will take initiative to ask and make sure the water temperature, strength used etc were okay for me etc(: I also want to highlight that one of the staff, Peggy, who paid attention to my needs and even to the tiniest details like offering me a towel to cover my legs as I wore a shorts and noticed that I was feeling cold. I thought that was a very sweet gesture, 非常细心和贴心。 i really appreciate every little thing from the changing of mask, offering me drinks, little catchup (remembering what I’d shared with them before), knowing who I am whenever I called to make an appointment, remembering my preferred water temperature etc! Whenever I came out of their saloon, my mood was lifted and I just felt so good(: I thought it’s time that I should leave a more than just a good review. All the staff were excellent, they are good at what they are doing and know their products well, but I would like to special thanks Peggy, other than what’s she is good at, her very bubbly personality and warmth sunshine smile always made my day!! Thank you! Always looking forward to my next hair appointment!! Love it!
