Lousy service and request for technical support came late for 2 days! Our office couldn't function for 2 days..will never use them again!

Most of the copier vendors are extremely dishonest and cunning but KW Copiers is the first and only honest vendor who gave us the real deal! Strongly recommend!!!

Fantastic service quality and superb professional technical engineers! Solve all my printer problems in less than half an hour whereas I called tech support from PTC and CopierChamp came and never solve the problems! Wasted all our time in office!

This is by far the WORST vendor ever. We signed a 60 months lease for a copier machine but he stopped responding to our maintenance request after 20 months. We have been trying to contact him since Dec 2020.

Excellent & Honest Sales people! I know because I checked with a few copier vendors in my office vicinity and asked for quotations. The only vendor that gives me an honest quote is KW Copiers! Straight up telling me that my preferred brand Fuji Xerox IV C4475 is now already an old model, not brand new. Dishonest vendors like SG Copiers, One Copier, TTS and PTC Copiers all tried to con us by saying they can sell brand new and quoted me expensive brand new prices. And when I went to Fuji Xerox HQ and asked them, they confirmed with me that there is no more brand new for this model, in fact, it is replaced 4 years ago! When I called up PTC and the rest to question them and their quotes, they all shut up and hang up. All DISHONEST CONS! I seriously caution potential buyers to wake up and ask questions when they look for quotes to compare...Dun fall victims to con artists in this market, there are many out there! I finally bought from KW Copiers, still the same old model. At least they told us from the start that it is old model and refurbished. And I bought at a good price! Also excellent technical and IT support at no charge! Strongly Recommend!!!

Excellent service! Especially after-sales and technical support! Unlike my previous vendor PTC and Archer, these are total waste of time! Will stick with KW Copiers for a long time...as long as they keep up their great standards!!!

I have quite a few printer vendors experience in 20 years of our business and KW Copiers has been the one offering the best service so far! Call them to fix our paper jam and they are here in one hour!!! Excellent!!!
