I made a booking 10 mins prior to my arrival. The staff name Vivian didn't hesitate to accept my booking. I bought my voucher through fave. She wasn't pushy at all trying to sell their package.

Great service!! The beautician did such a great job and the eyelash extension was long lasting! There is a large range of design choices too! Would recommend!

Clean and serene clinic. This is my first time but I can say that this is the best decision I’ve made. I really love my lashes and it really looks so natural on me. I have been to many places to do my eyelashes but i was not satisfied with the result. I tried my eyelashes at La Belle JCube and it gave me a natural look and i am very happy with the result. Wind is a very friendly and professional beautician, she explained to me different types of eyelashes. I always look forwards to every appointment because i feel more confident right after. After I have tried eyelashes extension at La Belle, i also tried facial package and attended by Vivian. She is very gentle and skillful in doing facial for me. My face has improved a lot after the facial and look brighter and more radiant. Highly recommend La Belle at Jcube.

It was my first time doing eyeliner embroidery and the consultant that served me was Wind Ng. Prior to this, I have done multiple times of eyebrow embroidery at other places and all of the times, the consultants will do a rough mapping to see if I'm satisfied with the shape, length, thickness and angle. Before starting the eyeliner embroidery service, I specifically asked Wind if she can draw the liner on first to let me see if I'm okay with the length, thickness and angle of the liners as after all this is a semi permanent procedure. She said it was not needed. I took her words as she was the professional at that point of time. However, after the service, I noticed that my left side eyeliner was longer than the right side and the angle was off. I brought it up to Wind that the length was off and she brushed it off saying that it looked uneven because my eyes were swollen. I let it go because there's still one more touch up session to go. I did not mention that the angle was off because I thought it wouldn't look that obvious after fixing the length. After which, I returned for the touch up session. Wind tried to salvage the liner but it was no difference to me. The third time I returned to the place, I brought up the fact that the angle of the liner was also off. I told Wind the only way to fix the issue is to remove the wing. She said she could do it but to my horror, her interpretation of removing the embroidery is to cover up with white or nude ink. Now my eyeliner look worse than before. The crusty wing is as shown below. I have wasted $688 and a lot of time. The average market price for eyeliner embroidery is around $200-$300 but I chose this place because it was essentially my face to begin with and I wasn’t going to risk my eyes. However, it’s clearly overpriced and the staff; unprofessional. I reached out to them and their response was “Due to everyone eye shape are different, our staff did according to your eye shape and make sure it looks even when you open eye.” In my photo evidence, my left eyeliner was CLEARLY uneven and out of place and my eyes are proportionate. La Belle just don’t want to be held responsible for the bad job that they did.
