The staff had the initiative to approach me if i needed any help when i entered the store which i appreciate. But not impressed at all with IUIGA's lack of integrity. Bought the hangers because of its store stated price tag price of $11.90, but only realised in the app e-receipt that the price was now $12.90 instead. Went back to the store to clarify on the discrepancy of different prices but the staff was helpless. Wrote in to customer service only to receive template replies with 0 empathy about my situation. Yes it is just that few dollars, but this experience just reflects about the 0 care about a customer's shopping experience, company's ironic 'branding' of transparent pricing when it misrepresents and mislead its customers instead > unethical image. Very poor customer service experience overall. They have great products, but their lack of integrity and poor customer service makes me hesistant to return and recommend them at all. Wise to stick to the 'original' brands instead, at least they take care of customers and are genuine in their stated pricing ; doesn't matter if they cost more or not at least the money is worthwhile. Take care of your customers and they will support your business. Simple rule of thumb, but I don't think this company is keen on providing any sort of decent service anyway. Look at all their google reviews and reddit review and you'd know. Was about to place an online order but after the way their customer service handled my situation, I've removed everything from my cart. My first and last time at IUIGA.

I’m pleased with the excellent service provided by Ain at JCube outlet. Any customer would definitely have a pleasant shopping experience at your shop with a staff like Ain. She deserves to be commended.

Be warned that you need to download their app in order to make payment in a physical store, using physical credit card. How retarded is that? The app requires you to provide them with your phone number, google account or facebook account. I was like, ok, the item seems not bad, I'll make the account and delete it later. Unfortunately, the option to delete account is nowhere to be found in the app. As i look for more information on the web, i realized that according to many people, the app will spam your phone with notifications. Bottom line: AVOID SHOPPING HERE OR OTHER IUIGA OUTLETS AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRIVACY.
