★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard selling tactics employed because the owner of these places make their hair stylist meet targets. I don't feel like I am getting a service, I feel like I am in a fish market. Hair stylist can be rowdy and very aggressive. I hope the management can focus on good service and good haircut to win the business rather than coerce your customer to foot your bills. Consumer watchdog should put places like this in a naughty list and show them best practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service attitude is very poor and always recommend their packages. Although I have signed one of their packages, I want to continue to sign same set of existing packages. The staff said they would give me one more time for free. Although I didn't plan to buy it at first, when I wanted to buy it after a week, they said that they never had this package until I said it was okay. They just said it was just for me. At the end, I never to sign any packages, becauset I know they not really standard, they will try to cut the treatment hours, like 20 min cut to 10 min. Not really happy in the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service was good but barber DID not ask for your opinions on how much you're comfortable with cutting and got right into it. TERRIBLE and UNEVEN layers. other outlets are fine but this is unexpectedly TERRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed how kind and lovely service provided by female hair stylist by the name of Dan. Shes the best so far I met in afew snip avenue outlets. She bothered to remove the hair around me before i seat. Was really passionate about her work when shes cutting my hair. The vibe and the energy.. she deserves a thumbs up and she deserve good compliement from owner. Best snip avenue hair stylist ever! Please look for her!!! ??

I had bought a package last month, when my package was about to end, their quality of service lowered and the lady at the front said she would only do proper quality if I buy another package, as well as how it was special for me or something. Avoid this place.
