★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to give nil star if possible. Bought Fave voucher to use at the Far East branch but the person who answers cannot speak english and hangs up on me. I can never get to call back afterwards cos they line is conveniently busy after the person hung up. Such an unprofessional establishment. Wish them bankrupt soon with such staff.

Overall it was a good experience and I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was a delight to chat with. First facial that I enjoyed and raved with my boyfriend (who similarly was rather impressed too) cause of the effects. After the facial, our skin didn’t suffer from much redness or discomfort even tho we had to wear masks after.
Enjoyed my time albeit the shopfront looking abit shady HAHA best part was the respect given when I mentioned that I don’t respond well to hard sell tactics ☺️ can’t wait to be back!

Even when i didnt continue my massage package, im glad that there isnt any hard selling — really appreciate that!
Will visit them again. Recommend for people who likes soft and comfy massage :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought fave voucher for massage but was told the massage won't be effective unless I top up $38. At the end of it, they were really pushy and kept insisting I sign up for a package which was actually very expensive. They were so pushy , one persuaded me first, then when I thought it was over, another one sat me down to persuade me all over. Not recommended.
