★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for the VDay Promotion, staff was really helpful, one of them helped me measure my size and managed to give me a perfect fit. I never gave a rating before and that's how satisfied with the service there. La Senza always have promotions if you follow them on Instagram. Usually their lingerie is pricey but with all the sales they have, its really worth it.Thank you :) would come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is hard to locate. There are lots of collections and different brands of lingerie available here. Their bras are ultra comfortable, especially the cotton ones and that is almost perfect for school and casual day out. They also bring in a large variety of sexy lingerie such as those with laces, which i absolutely love as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most ridiculous waiting time at the cashier. 3 staff servicing 1 customer at the counter. Kept asking me to wait and i have waited for 20mins just for payment, and I was the 2nd person in line. Absolutely inefficient.
They only scanned my items when I dropped the items at the counter and ready to leave.
Wished that La Senza would train their staff better in terms of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never thought that a store can be so not honest. This is what I tried on S size but I’m asking for M. They dismiss me for 50 mins and come back. While I have to run and I found these cut labels at home. Very disappointed.
