★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here and happy I came to try with friends. Fan of spanish cuisine so I had high hopes and the dishes delivered. The place is on the expensive side as expected but worth it as a once in a while treat. Ordered snails, croquettes, patatas bravas, squid ink paella and grilled cod. The squid ink paella was really good and grilled cod done nicely. The others were nice as well but not too much of a surprises. Snails had too much pimentón on it so it was that pleasing but worth a try. Service was also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality was great.. took the lunch set and order the lamb leg and beef cheek as mains and bluefin tartare and octopus leg as appetizers. Lamb was cooked to perfection with no gamely smell.. octopus and the bluefin tartare were great tasting as well. Had the churros and lemon sorbet as dessert. Churros were soft and warm and the chocolate sauce was a nice addition. Lemon sorbet was ultra refreshing.. The only downside was the waiting time between appetizers and main which took about 20 mins. However, the staff did apologize without us questioning why it took so long. Great Spanish food, value for money and would love to come again when it's not so crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been to La Taperia several times & that place never fails to disappoint us. The food is deliciously decent and their wine selection is great and reasonably priced. Ambience wise, La Taperia is cozy, a great for dates for couples and for gatherings with friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ such a great dinner! we ordered a selection of amazing tapas. i definitely recommend the garlic prawns, cheese croquettes, and the foie gras (duck liver). of course i can’t forget the churros which were so decadent and delicious wit the chocolate sauce. overall, amazing restaurant, the food came quick and the service was wonderful :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great meal. Lunch set. Spanish plate and Octopus for appetizers were both good starters. We had beef cheek and Iberico pork pluma for our mains. Pork was very good but beef check was outstanding, super tender and flavorful. Good closure with Lime Sorbet and Pear in Red wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of Spanish dishes. Excellent service too. Had the degustation menu and pleasantly surprised. The squid ink paella was a tad salty. We enjoyed the whelk & crayfish and prawns cooked w garlic chilli & olive oil a lot. Beef carpaccio was good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a steal in the heart of Orchard! A good variety of dishes. But do go with their lunch set that is so worth for money! You will be more surprised when you have the food. My beetroot salad with smoked sardines was so refreshing. My partner enjoyed his cheese platter and can’t stopped saying it was so valued for money. My braised beef cheek was so tender that it just melted in my mouth. His lamb dish was nicely cooked, comparable to a steak dish! We ended our lunch high with wine and sugar - of cos in a good way. We had poached pear and churros. Again, they were also nicely done with perfect sweetness. Thanks to the kind staff for being attentive too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience tucked away at the second floor of Shaw Centre. Good service and food is not bad, had squid ink paella and duck breast, among other sides. Had a bottle of red and a jug of sangria, overall a bit on the pricey side but worth it given the awesome company!
