★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lab is clean, instructress is clear and audible. I like the temperature that is just right for hot class. Not the hard core yoga with chanting but one that gives me a good sweat and practice! For the price, it is affordable and a good incentive to practice more regularly.

Challenging classes (Thanks, Benny!).
A couple of classes a week agave been a great foundation for some much needed rejuvenation, improved flexibility and increased core strength.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I returned to Yoga Lab after a long hiatus. The first class I took was Benny’s and it is my first time in his class. He gave clear instructions with the occasional joke to ease you through a pose. ? Fast forward to 4 months later, I am still learning and growing stronger. In each of his class It is getting easier to get into some poses while I am still trying hard to get into others. ? I really appreciate Benny in remembering our names and guiding us throughout the class. His classes are a combination of sweat, growth and fun!
