Good selection of past season apparell at decent discounts. The malay lady manager is helpful and knowledgable, and allowed me to exchange wrong sized shirts (my fault) even without the tag.

Pro: you can find some good deal. Dig a bit for your size and maybe a model you may like Con: not a big shop, not many choices and I didn't really find it cheap

This outlet carries most of the off-season items and the discount given are good. The staff wasn't that friendly though.

I am a regular Lacoste customer. Recently, I purchased 3 shirts on 16-Apr-2022 and was served by Barnabas Loke Hon Yuen who has the worst attitude I have ever met. He is very unprofessional. unhelpful, unapproachable and rude. I used to purchase regular fit shirts and unsure with the size for classic fit and I approach him for his advise but he totally ignore me. After my purchase, I tried to change one of the shirt size from size M to size S, he started to show his temper on me, when I as a customer apologize to him for the inconvenience caused, he ignore me and walk away leaving me in shock. Is this the way to treat a customer ? His attitude is unacceptable ! I am very disappointed with his “service”. He shouldn’t work in service industry with his very negative arrogant attitude, will definitely affect Lacoste image and revenue. If possible, I would give him negative star. Very bad experience. Very disappointed regular customer.
