โ โ โ โ โ Super duper crowded this place with long queues awaiting to order at the kiosk. The place look big but actual available sitting area is rather small. If you don't have much time to take a bite then better don't go there.

โ โ โ โ โ tried mobile ordering here, its simple and easy to use.
But the whole restaurant, the ventilation is weak.
It was really stuffy and warm, I went round the restaurant to look for a better ventilated seat, unfortunately, none.

โ โ โ โ โ Food was standard but service was horrendous.
Manager on duty gaslighted me into thinking it was my fault that the kiosk couldn't print my receipt. I chose table service but i was too flustered by the incident that i did not take the tent. When my order came, she scolded me for my mistake. I felt humiliated and embarrassed.
This not the end of our exchange. When my friend asked for bbq sauce, she told him that the bbq sauce was out of stock (she repeated herself twice). However, she came back with the BBQ sauce 30 seconds later. We were absolutely flabbergasted and thoroughly traumatised.
Despite this, I would still patronise this branch as it is the only one near my school.

โ โ โ โ โ Safe mgmt guidelines being followed. There is always space to sit and enjoy a coffee or ice cream. Multiple seating models available, love the telephone booth type seating.

โ โ โ โ โ This MacDonalds is clean, especially the tables. Service staff are fast, helpful n polite.
(ONLY for delivery bike pickups at Changi City Point, u can short park at B1 carpark loading bay, it's safe, free n sheltered on rainy days. Very thoughtful of the mall)

โ โ โ โ โ Weekly affair for my little princess who loved double cheese burger! Had let her tried other fast food burgers, she love McDonald the BEST!
Hence, only let her enjoy her McDonald once a week on a Saturday!
While the parents have to order too! Having a filet-o-fish burger ?meal for myself and Samurai burger for wife. Shaker fries is nice to have once in a while.

โ โ โ โ โ We used the mobile app to order and the order came very quickly even though there was a queue. Don't forget to check the deals in the Mac's app for discount when using mobile app too. We were impressed. Will use mobile app to order again.
