★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online launch of their collaboration with Brother Bird croissant was a disaster, website was down for a day since 10am till 9pm - had to be postponed. Good marketing + bad execution = disappointment. Hope the local team here can use this as learning experience to be better, having great products doesn't ensue success.
Being able to deliver great products to your customers is the key ingredient to the longevity of any business. Instead of spending money on marketing, focus on improving your infrastructure to support your business.
Seeing celebrities' review of your products, when commoners like us can't even access your website just fuels the disappointment and frustration. Shame on you.

This time bought a few packs. 100g cost $19.90. The chocolate melts in your mouth and the nuts were coated with caramel which provides a brittle crunch, heavenly.
There are always seasonal favours had the M&M in the past and the raspberry and white chocolate one now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located at Jewel Changi Airport Level 1. Bought 3 of their most popular chocolates - Almond Dark, Hazelnut Milk and Raspberry Blackberry White. Chose the size and paid $38 for all 3. They gave tote bag instead of plastic/paper bag ?. Love Raspberry Blackberry White most. They have a pre-packed version of their top 8 chocolates @ $52.50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite chocolate at the moment. The milk hazelnut is really good, a must try. I always get this whenever i visit Jewel.
The milk chocolate taste very clean and not too sweet. The hazelnuts are very crunchy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the best chocolate on earth! A little costly, but for the quality, it is money well spent. You can buy 50g if you feel 100g for $19.90 is too expensive. Great gift and great service! Unfortunately, no trying allows.
Almond dark, raspberry blackberry white and mixed nuts white are my fav!
