The staff are friendly and approachable, was impressed by the 32 pieces watch winders display near to the main entrance. Highly recommended to purchase the watch winders from them as they do give a one to three years local service warranty and there's a service centre located at Ubi. Hence, it's a worry free if there is any faulty on the watch winders!
