★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to jewel yesterday 29 oct 2020 afternoon time. The service is good from that lady who explain and show each type of flovour. Initially just went in for browsing while waiting friend. I went back to buy 1 to try after meal because of good service ?
Haven't tried the cookies yet haha don't know how it taste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whilst their range of cookies are definitely interesting and different to every other cookie available Island-wide, the service provided to us was immaculate and I would like to acknowledge that.
I visited this branch at about noon on Sunday 16 February 2020 and the lady that served us and provided samples was superb and epitomized excellent service.
Unfortunately there wasn’t a name tag that I could see and I was thinking about cookies but I think for what it’s worth she should at least be recognized by the company for her dedication to serving her customers respectfully, with care and a great smile.
Also if your price points were a little more reasonable you would have gotten some sales. Anyway that’s your strategy so you know what you’re doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. While I was browsing, a box of their cookies accidentally came off from the shelf (almost hit me). Then the staff came over and made me buy it because it hit the ground. I had to pay $36 for a box of cookies that I never wanted.
Friendly reminder, if you ever visit the store, make sure you stay far away from their super fragile cookies so you don’t fall into the trap like I did.
