LaLaMove is no longer up to their task, disappointing service and their management is not cooperative at all! The drivers are not picking up or delivering on time, with massive delays, without experiencing any traffic jams. Perhaps the drivers are allowed to take multiple orders at the same time? We used them exclusively for our food deliveries and received many complaints, which means that we had to refund the full amount back to the customers. Even after corresponding with LaLaMove's management, they were not willing to refund us one cent.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Upon making a booking for a truck and 2 movers, I was given a quote. There was no mention on the app or when making the booking that this is only for a 2 hour service. After the move I was charged an additional $200 because the move took 4 hours, not 2 hours. The lack of transparency is astounding and their customer service is atrocious - they said I should have read through the terms and conditions to have found this hidden charge. In any other place in the world this would be called deceptive marketing with their hidden charges. They have no telephone chat number either - useless. Do not use.

As a regular LALAMOVE user, it was incredibly upsetting at the experience this time. As a business owner, I do know how a bad review on Google might hurt the company but this was the last straw. We have been using lala move for our food delievery, since Circuit Breaker in 2019. Yesterday (13/02/2022), our customer's order was picked up at 11.15am for a delivery before 12 noon but it was only delivered at 1.30pm. This was a huge inconvenience as our company sells hot, freshly made food... it is crucial for customer satisfaction that it is delivered on time. Moreover, the customer was extremely unhappy with our service on this occasion and demanded a full refund from us. I hope you understand how this bad experience severely affects our company's reputation; we pride ourselves with timely deliveries and quality food, but if it is delivered late and soggy -- the customer's trust is our service is hugely diminished. Even if you were to give us a full refund for this delivery - it doesn't change the customer's experience with us. I hope LALAMOVE does a better job at reinforcing your delivery t&cs. We are seriously considering getting our own delivery fleet.

Very poor customer service and follow up. Used once and will turn to other app moving forward. Their livechat is not helpful at all. Also, if u use express service. Rider and driver tend to go other places for god know reasons before they proceed for your final destination. I suspect they go around the vicinity to collect other parcels from other app too! I paid for express service but took them 3 hrs to complete delivery. good luck using them...

Do not join as a Driving Partner for Lalamove. This Company is having a poor system for their Drivers. They have poor Support for drivers too. Drivers can't even cancel their orders if we pick it by mistake but customer which they called it user, can cancel theirs order anytime they want. And you arrive at the place without even getting paid. You need to contact their live Chat Agent by Message only (No one will answer your call by talking) if you want to cancel an order as a driver and it will takes hours to be connected! And they will deduct a penalty of $4 for each cancellation. The cancellation I'm talking about is not a Last minute Cancellation and is 2-12hrs before the delivery planned timing. They will have enough time to get a new driver for the delivery. But we couldn't get in touch with their staffs which they call it virtual agents. Even they connect you to the so called human friend, but no response from them. Is really very bad app. They will take a 20% cut/comm from the price offer but drivers need to bear the ERP and Car Parking Cost. Example. Offer -$20 -Lalamove comm 20% - $4 -Lalamove driver tax - $0.40 And driver only takes $15.60 $15.60 Still need to deduct Petrol Carpark And ERP And the time spend is not worth it. Cause they do not have support for all the hardworking drivers but they are just happily Gaining profit without responding to the poor drivers. There are alot more better platform for delivery driver. I do not recommend people to join Lalamove until they improve their system. Last quote: Why earn money for a company that make use of you and don't even care about you?!

I’m a rider and have been working with lalamove since 2019. On 18/07/2022 accepted an order at 1150hrs. Arrived location at 1150hrs and client informed order already taken. Try to contact customer service but was told by voice mail to use the live chat service. At 1155hrs received a call from Lalamove customer service and asked for my location. I explained to her I’ve reached location and the item already taken by someone. CS told me to wait as she will contact the client. Few minutes later checked apps and saw order cancelled. CS did not callback for the cancellation of order. This is the first time this s*!t happened. Waste my time, bad system, poor customer service, did not receive any compensation.

Bad experience with Lalamove from Singapore - Have used Lalamove for quite some time. But this time is very bad service. I placed the order for $18. Then had indicated in comments that there is staircases at one location. Once driver collected the items from other side, then message me that it will overcharge $10 for staircase. I am still ok with that. Never mentioned that 1 flight for $10. On the way the application suddenly cancelled for a while and updated that the total charge rate is $38. I called customer service to get explanation. This lady told me that the staircase terms are indicated in Terms & Conditions. I don't think all the customers got time to read Terms & Conditions. Then I told her why never notify me earlier there will be extra charges for staircases before set the driver since I had indicated in the comments. She said they have no time to read customer comments every order had placed. I am very unhappy/angry with the customer service lady. Then ends up I need to pay total charges $38. If I know earlier that high charges for staircase and had this kinda customer service staff, I won't use Lalamove.

Lalamove got the most bad reviews and very often too, out of all the platforms providing the same service.The sooner they realise and start treating drivers with respect & dignity and know that drivers are the driving force that decide whether customers give good ratings & return , the better for them. Drivers have the ability to tilt customers towards being satisfied & happy. Simple , treat drivers without respect and bully them, you will get poor ratings forever.Just look at all the postings by drivers on how Lalamove treated them, none of them have got any kind of reply from the platform. But when customers start throwing brickbats at them , they will reply. That is what drivers are to them, ' worth nothing'.
