a	aliyafarissa afandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our delivery timing was set 3-6pm. We couldn’t get a hold of the driver and have not been given any tracking updates. Could not even call to cancel the service because no one is responding. This caused inconvenience to our plans because the sofa was supposed to be picked up to our new place within the time frame given and when we found out from the place of collection that it has not been picked up yet even at 6.10pm, we had to resort to booking an urgent service from another courier. Completely dissatisfied with the poor service. Update: the admin called to get a clearer feedback from us and apologized for the mishap. We appreciate his apology and happy that we got our request for refund of deposit.

Even provide wrapping services for the bulkier items such as table and chair. Note however if there are stairs required there are additional charges roughly $20/level/item - $30/level/item depending on material. So do check in advance with your condo management on this if possible to use a non stairs route. These are stated in the terms and condition when you sign up with them so these are NOT hidden charges. I was upset with my management for not allowing them to use the non staircase route. However, wework only charged me additional $70 for all items as i was moving house and i was not aware of the staircase charges but this may differ based on a case by case basis. Overall a great experience, will definitely use them again in future.

You may refer to the photos attached for you to review further on my situation. When i feedback to their management, they had not apologised but thank me for my report. Further to that, they had even asked me to submit my item weight in order for them to compensate me. Their team were also not professional. They had almost dropped my fridge during the pick up. I have more report but you can judge by the photos of my item. I would not recommend them at all. Please just proceed with LalaMove. Oh yah, i ended up paying $300 for my move. Items: single door fridge, Queen bedframe & mattress, Shelves, small dresser & small PC table. I would have just book with a licensed movers for above items + my other few boxes for just $450. I proceed with them due to the original quote that was $117. So it was cheap if you see this. Very disappointing.
