โ โ โ โ โ Spare manager has no idea what is going on. Escalation has been made but he doesn't have any ideas on how to solve the problem. Meetings are called with him but manager is absent. Only his subordinates are called into the meeting. Always give generic comments such as "we will try our best", "rest assured" to customers without giving concrete plan on solving or mitigating the situation. His team are overwhelmed and as customers, we can't get the support that we want. More responsibility from him is required.
