The quality of doors installed were very good and met my expectation. Taken a star off mainly because the installer chipped off part of my room door frame when removing 2 old hinges and also left a sizable scratch on one of the new black door lockets but I covered it up with a black marker. Overall happy with the whole thing.

I think all the bad reviews online made her quite scared of committing extraordinary timelines … She told us the door needed 4 weeks and its pretty much fixed in stone lol ? . We were ok, dad juz had to bathe doorless for the time being lor. The guys came to measure within 2 days of our deposit placement with Sofia. The door arrived around 4 weeks later. The installation was well done (juz left our premises). We are happy

S	S Tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Sales staff Rita was helpful and responsive. I went to the showroom for another 2 times to choose the laminates and She was still cheerful and patient. 2. Office staff arranged door measurement appointment and the Technical staff who came to do the measurements was professional and flexible to adjust timing slightly due to my meeting at home. 3. The staff who came to installed the doors were polite and professional. Called before they were on the way, and cleaned up the areas they were working on. Though Laminate Door was about $20/- or abouts more expensive than other competitors, at least even the quality of the showroom products gave me confidence to choose them. So far, I am satisfies.

She is responsible in the way she follows through after securing the sales, until she has seen the entire process through. There was some delay between the time of taking measurement of the doors and the actual installation because of a delay in fabrication. Nonetheless, the installation team did a good job. The two installation guys demonstrated good work attitude and the workmanship was neat. I am generally satisfied with the new doors. Hope they remain sturdy, securely in place and stay in a good condition for a long time to come.

It was out of stock initially but Rita kept a close monitoring for me and informed me as soon as the tempered glass arrived. She is super kind, patient and helpful when handling my inquiries. The co-ordination and payment process is seamless too. The installers did a great job as well, took only about 1.5 hours to finish the work.
