★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passing by, I was heading towards Bugis Junction 2 days ago with the intention of getting a birthday gift for a relative. Was greeted by a friendly staff (Robin) from this shop and drawn in for a quick look. He was courteous and very professional throughout. Never pushy, never instructive. How rare. I ended up buying from Lamy and he made effort to give me a nicer gift box. Keep up the positive attitude in sales!!
