β β β β β staff in charge of the fitting rooms were very rude and unfriendly, have a wide selection of clothing but it's not worth for such an expensive price, overall i think customer service was not very good.

β β β β β We came at 10:55am - google says that they open at 10:30am - but it was still closed. 11:06 still closed. Initially we were going to buy some dresses but 2 girls staff didnβt open the store until 11:10. They saw us. When we asked why they didnβt open it on time they just said ? very unprofessional behavior.

β β β β β very poor customer service based on observations around. the fitting room was horribly dirty, with makeup stains on the wall, dusty and hair collected all over the ground. to top it off, the white dress i was trying all had makeup stains on , gross >< i dont understand why people are buying so much when the clothes quality, service and the entire package isnt worth that price tag

cons: service can be improved, changing room curtains do not close properly, it is very uncomfortable as there are men in the store shopping with their girlfriends.

β β β β β Do not support places where you cant enter changing rooms to see your girlfriends/wives in a new dress they want to buy. We wanted to buy around 3-5 dresses, they were quite nice. But we aint getting anything. Very unpolite behaviour. Maybe some other time when they realise its 2019.

And what is very important for me - The staff by the name of Yu Enβs was very helpful and displayed a good initiative by offering to get me a new one packed with plastic bag.
Hopes to see her again for my next visit!
