Went for Friday dinner buffet. Variety is just mediocre. For that, soft drinks should be included in the price. Seating is a little cramped too. Not the best $30 spent. But live band is very good, made the place a lot more lively. They take requests too, few bands can do those impromptu.

Took them a while to let us inside even though we had a reservation. Understandable as it was the first week back to group of 5 dining in. Food selection for their basic dinner buffet was okay. Drinks are quite expensive. But i want to special mention Kenny and the part timers during our visit. Commendable service from them. Overall experience is great, will definitely go back.

Good food experience. Went there after lunch crowd, therefore not much people. Their salad bar and self service area are open, kept clean. Good ambience. Pricing is affordable, about $50 for wagyu beef buffet.

I come to this place quite frequently pre covid and recommended to friends many times because of the band and variety of food options it caters. Not sure if it’s because of covid or were there a change in management: 1. Apparently there are different pricing schemes depending what kind of discounts or vouchers you have. Eg. Normal booking on a weekday is $26.90. I have a birthday voucher of $25, and they mentioned then the price per pax is now $31.90 with the same food catered. 2. We went ahead with the normal pricing without voucher since the so called voucher discount is not as what was really stated. Sat down only to know it does not include seafood. Thought it’s a all-in buffet price? The price we paid is only for meat and veg. We have to add $4.90 to have seafood included. What a change as compared to precovid! Also realised because you didn’t add on the seafood option, you are not entitled to ice cream as desserts :’( 3. Sadly meat quality sucks. Beef is tougher than pork no matter how fast we cook (weird?). Also realised meat part options were significantly lesser as compared to the past - 3 meats at the start as compared to last time where it’s 6 meats with some seafood as the starter platter (Or is it because it’s weekday pricing I don’t know) 4. As you can see from the photo - staff handled food at the bar without gloves. This is not the worst… guess what… this was the exact same staff handling cashier work to a regular customer before us. When it come to our turn, he just left and we have to wait for another staff in orange. Same treatment when we reached standing in front of him, he saw us but ignored any greetings. Very sure we stood like statue in front of a number of staff including him for at least 5 mins with eye contact but nothing done. From the colour of the uniform I reckon he’s the manager. So… goodbye rocku yakiniku. Gone are the days where fond memories were made, on the food, the staff, the band. This will be my last time here and double thumbs down when friends asks about patronising this place.

A little clumsy staff, dirty stain tableware, amateur live music, frozen food, but very enjoyable environment and lively ambience. Buffet-style garlic fried rice surprisingly good. $$

Food is nice. Staff is friendly. Ambience is nice. The Shishamo is really good, and so is the mozzarella prawn. I hope that some cuts of meat would be sliced thinner so it's easier to chew, but that's just my picky side talking - I love this place and have come here many times over the past few months and will continue to do so! Very first time here and must say I really enjoyed myself! Love how the meats were well seasoned and very tasty! Variety of food is also not too bad, and staff are very friendly. Overall an enjoyable experience!

Enjoyable dining experience. Food was nice especially the chicken and enoki mushroom. Live performance was engaging and fun , super love it. Live band may be a little loud so need to talk louder to friends ? Overall a great dinner here , will definitely come back again! ?? We had the buffet, total $126 for 3 pax after the bank promo.
