New, clean and aesthetically pleasing apartment blocks. Good facilities yet smaller units due to it being so modern.

Smallish condo located in the east of Singapore. Close enough to the beach if you ride a bike or dont mind a casual walk in the evenings.

Very cosy flat design, small space but with storage room and balcony. Close to bus stop, food and supermarket. Nice stay.

They make drivers check in to pick up and drop off passengers.

It was a very clean and peaceful place to live until last year. There was a change in Estate Management & their staff recently. Unfortunately, the new people who were hired are doing a very poor job taking care of the place. The fixtures are also of poor quality and workmanship, with cracks seen all over the walls in almost every unit I've been in. They only hire ONE security guard per shift, and the security guard changes almost every day. Day security often leaves his post for various reasons, as it's his job to check the premises, but having no one manning the security gantry, many visitors and vehicles are stuck waiting at the entrance. Apparently when the new Management was questioned why they do not hire 2 guards for day shift so that there will always be someone at the post, the manager claimed that they cannot afford to pay for 2 security guards. Night security is often seen sleeping and a number of these Security guards were very rude to residents. The condo looks good from the outside but sadly, it's just a facade.

Condo is tiny, apartments are poorly made. Management group led by Ms Jacqueline Oh is awful and does not care about the real issues of the place. Place is falling apart and the security team is horrendous. You won’t feel luxury or experience any condo living. I do no recommend renting or buying. It will be a huge waste of money. 1030pm they shut the main gates and even tho you have a remote and a right to enter, you cannot get your taxi driver to drop you off at the visitor drop off point inside closer to your block. There is no sheltered walk way so even in the rain, you got to stop outside and use the side entrance with your key card and walk to your block. Even at midnight as a young girl. *important info : there is a different barrier to enter the resident carpark. They state that for safety reasons, they don’t want strangers driving down into the carpark after 1030pm. But residents are not opening the barrier for cars to go down to the carpark. They are opening the barrier to be dropped off at ground level, within view of the guardhouse at the drop off point. I could bring a stranger in from the side gate too and how is that any different ? Don’t stay here!!
