You can also substitute fish with chicken/pork etc. You can choose a few side dish(e.g. Tofu strips, glass noodles etc) to be cooked together with the fish for added flavors. The variety and selection of dishes is massive. Overall they taste authentically Sichuan and when we were there on a Friday evening it was full house. I liked their homemade soya bean milk as well. May not recommend for people who are not into strong-flavored/spicy/oily cuisine.
