โ โ โ โ โ I have been doing extensions for years, and is confident to know when a good job is done. Decided to try out this studio after reading reviews but sad to say that lashes were not isolated from the roots properly, I could feel it poking and 50% of lashes have fallen in less than a week. Lashes used were also considered too thick for someone with thinner lashes. Service recovery was non-existent with a thank you for your feedback.
I'm not sure how the good reviews came about, but it was a poor experience for me.
The photo showed the lashes fallout from just one side of the eye in half a day. So there's quite an indication of the retention for both eyes...
