I got Mei as my artist this time and she was really meticulous and gentle. I fell asleep when she was doing my brows ? The staff at the counter, John and Daphne were really sweet too. John was really thorough when going through the aftercare procedure as well ☺️ Although the price point may not be the most affordable but it's definitely worth it as you know you'll be in good hands ??

Jo greets you personally at the entrance, and my stylist Mei took the time to show me multiple styles because I didn’t know what I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure at all and she gave me space to thoroughly think through before deciding. The entire process was enjoyable and I felt safe, comfortable and assured. The end results were perfect and I’ll highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a brow place ??

John and Daphne provided a remarkable customer experience - they were kind and welcoming, thoroughly explained the process and steps for after care, and followed up after the session to reiterate the after care process and thank me for going by. I was assigned Kitty, a senior artist, who did an amazing job with my brows (they look so natural!). She made sure I was comfortable with the brow shape, and the whole process was smooth and painless. Thank you John, Daphne, and Kitty! :)

Based on the photos I saw, I was confident that I made the right choice. John and Daphne were my first points of contact where they explained in detail what to expect and the procedure in general, while Win was my choice of senior specialist. She was excellent. With over 5 years of experience she took such great care with me. Overall these guys are fantastic!! It's so professional yet so friendly, accommodating and always forthcoming with information. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely return for follow up touch ups.

Back when she was flying solo and running a one-woman show. Now she has an entire team of wonderful and talented artists whose main goal is to make you look and feel great with your brows, lashes, lips and all. I feel very comfortable whenever I go to her studio. Her team is very warm and welcoming and eases all your fears and worries. She will discuss everything in detail and answers all the questions you have - before, during and even after the session (and believe me i had a lot of questions during recovery). I have 100 % confidence in Jo and her team. Thank you so much for all that you do.

Really felt like getting tailored service. Comfortable, relaxing and super satisfied result. Master artist Win’s very very very good made my brows look so natural.
