★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disppointed with their cleaning service.End up my coat is coat with grease and the bead from drawstring spoilt.After contact them, and they say there is no guarantee on won't spoilt.What this means?We spend hundred dollar and end with no their business even its their fault.Really banned them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my clothes for alteration, but was disappointed. Basically got back a ruined piece of clothing TWICE. Also, was charged $18 for altering a dress shorter. Patronise at own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad Service!! Sent my suit for dry cleaning but got back the wrong one. According to the lady owner, they have changed their system and couldnt find back the previous record. Try to argue with the lady boss but no use.
Previously had a bad experience too where my winter jacket came back with the zipper spoiled!
Their service is terribly horrible!!! Visit at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a great place to our clothes for laundry. But recently, things have change. Poor customer service (the person manning the counter doesn't even looked at the customer when collecting the receipt and giving the shirt). The same person still laughing and talking while there is a customer. Hope the management would do something before more customers decided not to be a patron anymore.

No eye contact, no smiles, almost like "take it or leave it attitude".
Are they busy? No, not really, but they just didn't have time to answer any of your questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service is non-existent. zero eye contact and zero words from the staff manning the outlet for both my first visit and when i collected my garments. probably the only words i heard from him was when i asked when my garments would be ready for collection. have yet to thoroughly check my drycleaned garments, here’s to hoping that they turn out alright. regardless, definitely the last time i’ll be getting my garments drycleaned with them.
