I always enjoy getting my glasses from here. All the staff is friendly and polite.
Especially the Bubbly Malay lady (didnt get her name) who is exceptional attentive to potential customer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my existing spectacle frames (from another optical shop) to OWNDAYS as they offer a lens replacement service, had a very pleasant experience. Staff was polite. Didn't take longer than half an hour after the eye test, helped me to change the nose pads and gave me a nice new case and spectacle cloth as a complimentary service. Exceeded my expectations. (initially approached Lenskart but got snubbed as they don't have the service)
