the younger lady was very polite! However the lady boss was kinda rude. Slapped my arm when i was confused with which hand to put under the UV light haha. I was asked to sit on a wooden chair to do my manicure which is honestly quite uncomfortable. the manicure was pretty well done just that the service by the lady boss wasn’t too good.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! Pls save yourself and your hand from the anger and the pain!! The lady boss there is ruuuudeeeee!! I went there to do my nails with my friend for the first time, the service was so so. The lady boss then keep asking us to sign packages. BTW, ME AND MY FRIEND DONT EXPECT PREMIUM SERVICE. Since we do our nails very often, we both decided to sign and try it out! BUT ITS THE WOST DECISION I EVER MADE IN MY LIFE!! After we each sign the package, every single time we went we were asked to wait for close to 3 hours!!! When we enter the shop there are no customers. When 3 to 4 GROUPS of customers that came after us left, we are still there and only our nails are trimmed. Every single time the lady boss walk pass she will ask me to choose the colour I want. BUT IM ONLY USING ONE COLOUR AND I ALRD TOLD HER MORE THAN 10TIMES!!! I told the lady boss she alrd took out the colour and put it on the steps. IDK IS SHE DEAF OR IS SHE JUST DUMB! She keep asking me if it’s another colour instead. My friend can’t stand the convo and help me tell her that she took out the colour I want alrd. (Btw she still get it wrong) After acting on her own accord and choose another colour for me, she even yelled at me when I told her she is applying the wrong colour when I saw her applying the first stroke. SHE EVEN INSIST THAT I SHOULD GET THE COLOUR SHE CHOOSE FOR ME. Come on, if the customer can’t even choose the colour they want she might as well just close her business and stay at home to do her own nails. ME AND MY FRIEND NAILS ARE HORRIBLY DONE AND OUR HANDS ARE WOUNDED BY THEM TOO! My package with them have not end BUT IM NEVER GOING BACK TO DO MY NAILS AGAIN! I rather spend more money and not waste my time on such ridiculous place! THEY ARE SUPER UNHYGIENIC TOO!! They don’t change their gloves and they use the same pair of gloves to have contact on different customer’s hands and feet! ? (BTW THEY DO LASHES TOO! WHO KNOWS IF THEIR HANDS THAT JUST TOUCH SOMEONE ELSES FEET WILL BE ON THE NXT CUSTOMER’S FACE!!) And if you are wounded by them while doing your nails, who knows what kind of things their dirty gloves can have contact with your open wound!!! Pls!! There are way better nail service else where!! ? Save yourself!

Agreed with all the bad reviews, should have read before doing my mani and pedi with them. The only good thing which I don’t experience like the rest is I don’t really feel painful, but their service makes me feel uncomfortable . This is the first time I am leaving a review on Google, this shows how bad it is. Staffs are rude and rush, they just want to earn one time off customer. Their colours are super off chart, how is my pinky looks like the colour number 21?!? Looks more like 23. And they have the cheek to ask me what do I want from them. Shouldn’t they suggest to me since they are the professional? In the end I requested to choose another glitter to cover the ugly one. Worst, my manicurist just walk off and do another customer after I feedback that the colour is different, and ask another lady to settle me. They are talking in their own language, I hope they are not bad mouthing their customers since I don’t understand their language. And my freshly done mani looks like it’s been a week old. My dead skin not remove properly and my nails looks like it had grown out. Photos as proof, not kidding. Never ever visit them again! Do at your own risk.

The lady who did my nails was really skillful and patient. They provide a good service and make me comfortable. In term of price, it is affordable and reasonable price too. Recommend !

This is my first time writing a review on GOOGLE. I have never done this so mind me complaining and i also didn’t want to do this but i just can’t stand it anymore. I did my nails extension about 1 week ago, i really regret and up till now still questioning myself why did i not search up the review before entering the shop. While they were doing my nails, i went do a quick search about their reviews on GOOGLE. I never thought that there will be so much of bad reviews, at that point the lady boss was already doing my nails. It was too late to say no. I was really afraid that my nails would turn out to be bad. End up they really didn’t disappoint me, my nails really look bad. I mean from far still okay but close up look... Nah, the hard gel all over my side of my nails until now. It’s still bothering me, whenever i comb my hair w my finger my hair gets stuck in my extension and just now when i eat crab the crab meat got stuck in between the extension???? I wash my hand a serveral times and couldn’t get it out. I am going to remove this later or tomorrow. I couldn’t stand it. Also not to mention, i sat there in the shop for 2-3hours. There were only 3 people in the shop, the lady boss and two young lady. The lady boss keep bring in people when the manpower wasn’t even enough so i was left there, wait and wait and wait. I’ve did nails extension several times at home based nail salon and it’s perfect so i wanted to try those walk in salon turns out to be so disappointing... I would never ever go back here again. I was charge 155$ for express pedicure and nail extension without colour just nail art. Btw, i never had problem w nail extension when i did at home based. This is my first time having problem after i did at this salon. Think twice before going.

AWFUL PLACE! I'm not one that writes reviews, but I went here for a pedicure. I told the lady to be careful with my toe as I could feel the pain when she was cutting. She refused to listen to me, and cut into my flesh causing me to bleed. After that, she didn't seem sorry or apologetic, she only wanted to spray sanitiser on my bleeding toe. This is the worst place I've been to. After the incident, I decided to go to a better nail salon. Such a waste of time giving this place a shot. Lousy staff, lousy services. Not even worth the price.

Should’ve read reviews on google before deciding on this shop…. Went in with my friend to do classic manicure for $13 (in which we have stated numerous times). They ended up charging us classic gel manicure for $26??? When we asked why is it so expensive, the lady boss replied to me “I could’ve charge you more you know coz you had extensions” and I was flabbergasted because my extensions were not done there and it doesn’t take them extra effort (the artist thought all my nails were extensions but only two had) so I was very taken back by that rude remark. Overall a terrible experience, would not recommend. The nails were also poorly done with several bumps and the colours were so light I could still see my original nails (as shown in the photo). Moreover, the waiting time was super long coz they only had one nail artist (we waited 2+ hours)…

Kim, the younger staff in the store, did a really thorough job with my nails. Made sure to redo the nails that didn’t come out well as well since she was doing a little nail art. She was really friendly, polite and kind. Also offered to turn the fan towards me when the aircon was turned off as it was during closing hours already. But she still attended to me with so much patience. Great customer service and attention to detail when doing my nails.
