Don't like the office concept. From outside you can see the desk full of files leaving tiny space for writing. No privacy for your documents Sitting at the reception area, you could hear gossiping and laughter. Not good image for the company

Engage this law firm only if and only if, your transaction is standard type with no deviation. This is because their actions/ follow-up is standard and any changes, you will either not get a reply, a slow reply or they will charge extra. We paid $500 extra for bridging loan service - but they did not bother to help us settle the loan asap, so loan was only closed 2 weeks AFTER completion so we had to pay extra on interest. They had the ABSD receipt and details but they did not give to us nor advise us how to apply for remission and told us to go CPF website ourselves. We informed them 4 weeks before completion that we wanted to give them keys early but they did not act on completion early which would have saved us a few thousand in loan interest, maintenance etc. There were a few emails which we sent but no reply for days. And when appointments are arranged, there is no reply to state if date is confirmed or not, so you they will leave you hanging. The only time they reply fast is when asking for payment or when defending themselves (when we question what is happening). From these examples, it shows how little they care for their clients. Engage them at your own risk. Will give zero stars if possible.

Engage at your own risk. Poor comms, slow to work on the important things, fast to charge and take money. Or even extra! The lawyer we worked with was Winnie Tan. Very bad experience. Paid $500 extra for bridging loan service - no help given, no initiative taken. So when loan was only closed 2 weeks AFTER completion we had to pay extra on interest. Imagine: the firm had the ABSD receipt and details but Winnie did not give to us nor advise us how to apply for remission and told us to go CPF website ourselves. Asking for payment was prompt of course for nothing done, zero advice given. Informed Winnie 4 weeks before completion that we wanted to give the firm keys early. Result? They did not act on completion early which would have saved us a few thousand in loan interest, maintenance etc. No pro-activeness or care for the customer, zero extra mile or actual mile given. The one thing that is the bare minimum but zero done: There were a few emails which we sent but no reply for days. And when appointments are arranged---no reply to state if date is confirmed or not, so you they will leave you hanging. They also have poor comms. Secretary will comms the wrong info for arranging and securing of appointment dates and different from the lawyer etc. Funnily, the only time they reply fast is when asking for payment or when defending themselves when we asked them to clarify. No sense of responsibility or ownership to the client. From these examples, it shows how little they care for their clients. Engage them at your own risk. Would like to give zero stars but this has to be posted so the system forces me to give one star. Take note.

Poor service. Slow or no response... perform tasks without advising us step by step. If didn't ask, they will just keep quiet. Also did not submit the transmission on time to HDB that jeopardise the sale process. Somemore can ask me if can close case and make the remaining balance. 100% disappointment.
