Am very disappointed with Lilian Construction & Furnishing. I paid a high price to learn my mistake. Friends out there, i hope you can learn from my mistake too. Recently we bought a 6 seater dining set from Lilian Construction. Ever since the purchase, it was a nightmare. In less than a month, the table was attacked by ants. There were many many ants crawling on the dining table. We cant even put food there for more than 15mins. The food will be attacked by ants. The ants would always attacked one of the legs of the table, making a colony (a trail of more than a meter if it went unnoticed). We looked at the underside of the table and was shocked to find so many ants gushing out from one of the long side of the table (where this particular leg was always attacked by ants). Shocked and stressed with all this, we called Lilian Construction. As much as we had expected, they denied that the table has something wrong, despite the fact that we told them all the problems that we have faced and that "may be this table happened to be a blacksheep out of the so many dining sets your manufacturer has produced". They laughed it off, saying that my house is INFESTED with ants!! They said we should call the pets control and not them! We told them that prior to this dining set, we have no problems with our old dining set at all. We can even put food on the table for a few hours without any ants attacking the food, and we never had colony of ants. All my furniture are of wood and i have no problems with them. It is only this particular table. Any minute any moment we use our hands to sweep the table, we can find lots of ants!! They refused to honour it (as we have expected). We paid a high price and we hope friends out there please dont buy anything just because it is cheap. Make sure the Company honour if there is any defect. In our case, we thought it was recommended by Media Corp, Zhong Qing, so we bought from this Company. Check with the Company about them honouring any defects if found. Our harsh luck!

I bought a 2 seater sofa, they delivered to my place, I checked the item and everything seemed ok, but the following day I realised that not one , but all (ALL!) the zippers of the cushions are spoiled or zippers broke when I tried to touch them. I tried to ask to seller about this and they answered to me that is not their problem anymore since I saw the sofa before buying and they don’t care to fix the problem or refund a part of the sum, since I have to spend extra money to fix myself now. Then they tried to say that is my fault because I shouldn’t use the zippers, soooo funny! Worst shop ever! Poor quality and awful customer service. Don’t go there please!

First time order furniture from them and its very impressive customer service. Excellent and very efficient service. Great furniture. Delivery was very fast and superb. Very highly recommended! Will do second purchase when needed. Well done!

Affordable, good quality furniture. I was looking for a shoe cabinet to fit a small space in my living room. After searching online without success I stumbled upon LCF website and found one in the right colour and measurement. I wasn’t sure of the quality so I made a trip to their showroom managed to see a display unit in a different colour. The salesperson was helpful in showing me their full catalog and an example of the colour I was looking for. I ordered the unit, and upon delivery I was happy to see that the shoe cabinet is as the same quality as per what I saw at the shop. Highly recommended.

Ordered a white wardrobe from them. Item delivered was dusty and I found spider webs inside the wardrobe! Ridiculous.

LFC is located at level 3 of goldlion building. They have wide range furniture at various price. They alway have promotion package. This place is a warehouse, so walking space will be limited. Definitely the cost will be cheaper outside.

We bgt a few items from them. In sept 2021. It’s just 6mths now. Emailed them asking y the metal bed giving screeching sound. Their reply “ sorry, warranty is 3 mths on structure only.and sound we dont warranty also as metal sure have sound after sometimes. its better to change divan or wooden type if you purchase ”. So we pay $300+ to buy a bed just to hv it thrown away n replace with their suggested wood bed within 6mths. So not gg to buy from them ever. DO NOT BUY THIS. Safe yourself the hassle Of having to replacing it. Buy wood better

Amazing service! Our second purchase. Product is surely value for money and one of the best price in the market. My wife order a Hamilton single bed for my mother- in-law and the super nice lady customer service officer accommodate our request and did her very best to have the bed deliver at the earliest possible date. The 2 delivery man are friendly and assemble the bed in lightning speed. Highly recommended!
