★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofa itself is good and expensive. But customer service sux. Bought a leather sofa and delivered to my place with defects. Reported to them on the same day. Called, emailed, fb msg-ed but getting 0 response from them, for a week. Still waiting for their reply.
Edit: 1 month gone. Numerous calls, msg, and emails. No one response as if the company has cease its operation. Still waiting..
