โ โ โ โ โ Had a very very bad experienced with this car rental. They submitted my particulars to LTA and i got a fined from LTA for driving their van along CTE from Serangoon Road without inserting erp card into the in-vehicle unit. And although they had drivers details, they did NOT bother to call up the driver and clarified first. It was falsely anyhow submitted. They just anyhow submit details to LTA and LTA issued summons notice to the home address and waiting for that person to open the letter box to realise. And on the mentioned date that i got a fined, i DID NOT drive any vehicles on that day. Really had to take the trouble to keep on checking and checking with them for my name to be cleared. As they had NO initiative to update unless we keep asking

โ โ โ โ โ I rented a car for my wedding use. Car model was old but well maintained. Service and everything else was great but there was an ant infestation that was not resolved immediately after we feedback. This caused a lot of inconveniences to us during the wedding day trying to get rid of the ants in the car. No compensation or help was given to solve this issue throughout. Ant infestation wasn't the problem, problem was no service recovery. Could've been great if they send someone down that night to resolve it, or replace a new car. This experience did dampen our mood during our big day. Be sure to check thoroughly if renting for an important event

โ โ โ โ โ It's not common to find a car rental in the heart lands. LCH has been a great company to deal with. Don't let the dodgy looking shop front (a small space behind a mama shop) fool you. Their service is great and their vehicles are good. Lee was my main contact for both times that I rented from them and customer satisfaction is his priority. ?? will recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Many thanks and much appreciation for LCH car rental. reason being that they were fast in providing us assistance with renting a car for my Malaysia trip even though it was very last minute. Due to cancellation of my rental in Malaysia which was very last minute, we contacted LCH and was greeted immediately with an available car to bring up to Malaysia, overall it was a nice and clean car, superb and smooth drive and it was a pleasant experience all together! from the agreement/deposit till the return, no hiccups! Not forgetting the friendly stuff, this is the place to come to again next time! See you soon! :)
