Lousy clinic. Dr Janet arrived late by almost half an hour from opening time. After Long waiting, refused to write a referral letter nor check the patient. This is very inconsiderate behaviour of a Doctor. Talk Long Grandmother story n ask us to walk in to A&E in hospital.

The worst clinic I’ve ever visited. The doctor had an air of superiority and was extremely snide about my concerns. “Yes, this is happening because of xxxx.” “I don’t have xxxx.” “You definitely do.” Despite telling her that I have no related symptoms, she merely brushed my remarks off and insisted that I was wrong. Following which, when I asked what was causing my illness, she merely said xxxx, WHICH I REALLY DONT HAVE. Please don’t visit this place unless you’re looking for a doctor who has a palpable sense of arrogance.

Stood at counter for some time and recep pretend never see and continue play phone and talking to colleagues. Really bad customer service.

Super bad service. Normal flu costs me 106. I was looking at the bill, but the assistant at the counter kept asked me to pay 1st. No choice. I paid. But I was really puzzled on the way home. So I study the receipt and medicine again. The antibiotic prescribed to me is just 6 months away from expiry!!!! I quickly head back to their clinic. But I was told that all medicine dispense out are not exchangeable and refundable. I wasn't informed this earlier!! They agreed to refund after negotiation but insist me to pay a so call 2% of my total bill for my refund. They argue that my payment was made in the form of nets thus need to charged me this 2%. What policy is that!! Nets company is not charging at 2%. Also. Rob money clinic . Guys dun go!!!!!!

Went down to see the Dr. There's 10 patient ahead of me, was told to go home first and will call once the queue is nearer. So we call the clinic about 1 hour later and there's 5 more so we decide to go down. However when we are there, the staff told us the clinic was close. I don't think this is right to treat someone who is having very high fever and drag themselves all the way down and just reject the patient like this. If you want to open a clinic and be a doctor. Please be more considerate. If you can't take the patient load, please close the queue earlier and don't waste people's time.

Do not go there for consultations at all. If there's a minus 5 Stars they get all of it. Got an ear infection and GP refused to write referral letter insist on treating using her medicine without using ear scope. I asked whether she was an ear specialist and know what's she was giving me and whether she will bear the consequence. Stubbornly refused to write. Four hours later had a change of mind quickly ask me to go get referral from her. At the hospital, Dr went thru hearing test, otoscope, nasal scope (sorry about naming). Turns out middle ear infection. No way a GP can diagnose without instruments. Wonder why AIA still keeps them on the list.

consulted dr cheng because i had an allergic reaction to a particular muscle relaxant medication. in the past i was prescribed this medication because i had wrist pain from sports, and more recently from carrying my baby. told dr cheng i took the medication because it was to help ease my stiff neck and back due to wrong sleeping position. upon consulting dr cheng, she lamented that my stiff neck and back is due to poor eating habits, and that i had excess uric acid. i clarified that the pain was a result of poor sleeping posture. she then further commented and assumed that my wrist pain was also a result of high uric acid. she assumed that my diet was not in check and continued making remarks about how i did not take care of myself. i asserted that my body pains were due to carrying of my baby and poor sleep posture but she remarked saying “then why all the parents with newborns don’t have this problem why only you?” honestly. all of my experience with dr cheng has never positive. i only visit her when i’m desperate but this most recent experience is the last straw. i highly DO NOT RECOMMEND visiting dr cheng for any consult unless you’re interested in getting facts twisted and having your medical history assumed baselessly. p/s: do not send your baby there for vaccination jabs as well as she panicked and gave my 6 month old 2 bruises from her jabs. obviously dr cheng needs more practice and time in her field.

Dr Cheng made my daughter's nose bleed when she swabbed her. No apology given, instead she asked why my daughter's nose so sensitive. Enough said. Avoid this "doctor"
