Very angry as they force my daughter to sign a package which my daughter don’t want as what she requested colour they empty promises her and while doing bleach more than 1 hours damaging her hair which bleach is not allowed to leave so long and my daughter highlights to them yet all ignore. Hair colour not done properly and we will file court case as they give empty promises and force a student not even 21years old to sign package and at the moment of times my daughter already text me so we hv all proven text that what they did to my daughter.

Eric was very meticulous with colouring my hair and took time to perfect the hairstyle. He gave me lots of aftercare tips. High recommended ?

The worse ever! They went under the name Keolleobar, it's a salon under Rigel Parlour. I wish I had read the reviews before going. The person handling their Instagram told me the Keratin is 118. When I went there, the person tending to the front desk was seriously rude. And she made me remove my bun up hair outside the shop, claiming she wants to see the hair first. If you're not professional stop pretending to be. I always go to another salon but since its cny they are on a long break. Anyways the usual shop I go to, will have you sit down first and then review your hair. Which is a much nicer experience. Coming back to my experience at Keolleobar, she told me that the Keratin for me is 188, I was puzzled and questioned her why its so ex and that the DM mentioned 118. She said they have 2 kinds, which no one informed me of prior to this. If I just want to smoothen is 118 with no iron, with iron is 188. This was ridiculously priced to me, so I told her I won't go through with it. My usual place only costs 138 for full keratin and I wouldn't mind topping up there cause I trust the Stylists. And I know they recommend additional treatments for my hair type. And it usually lasts more than 6 months when I do it there. Maybe Keolleobar should think abt this service. I read alot of the bad reviews too and many people had the same opinion. Thankfully for me it's just a wasted trip. Some of them actually spent hundreds and their hair became worse. And get a proper person to market for you. Your marketing tactic of raising the price when someone is there is seriously old school. Nobody markets like this anymore.

Got a haircut, colour, perm & treatment here. My hair length was very uneven due to a bad haircut by another salon, and Cindy not only managed to fix it, but she gave me exactly what I wanted without me having to explain too much. Love the way she cut & permed my hair as my hair now frames my face shape perfectly. She’s cute and funny too which made time fly faster as well. Did not hard sell me packages as well, which I appreciate, as most hair salons do that. Only negative point is the final price paid was over $200 more expensive than the quoted fee when I made an enquiry to them on instagram. They could have been more clear about the different types of products and prices. Customers appreciate honesty. Overall a good experience but could be more transparent with their customers before they make a trip down to the salon.

look at what i asked for n what i got…. when i asked why highlights were blue he insists its not when it obviously is?? n look at the choppy job done, u can see how unblended it is at the roots i paid $200 for this trashy hair. Worse off is that i spent close to 6hours here, when i asked initially they said 3-4, i had to push off plans because I can’t leave with half done hair. Just xtra info for yall, when i booked appt on their ig, they quoted $128 for highlights and did not mention anything about topping up $60 to dye the hair and $15 for cny surcharge. I also asked if i can pay by grab to which they initially said yes n then turns out at the end I can’t :/ Wouldn’t recommend given the quality and alot of mismatched information. But hairdresser was relatively friendly n nice and not pushy on asking u to sign package.
